Can my Fractional Creative Department handle a rebrand or website build?

Yes! Your department has all the expertise needed. Depending on your tier and your timeline for getting those larger lifts done, it might make more sense to augment your subscription with a one-time project to accelerate progress.

We understand that workloads can shift and vacations or emergencies can cause stalls in otherwise flowy progress. Because of these unforeseen hurdles, we do allow you to roll 20% of your subscription to the next month so we can catch up when we’re back in action. If we find this is regularly a challenge, we can always step down a tier to meet you where your needs are.

Heck yes! We love collaboration and extra minds and hands. We can coordinate to make sure initiatives are moving forward with the best person for the job at every stage.

We always train you on assets that we’re delivering so you know how to use shiny new templates or how to update content on your new landing page. We won’t however train your team on design or software skills outside of the work we’re doing together. We can point you to good resources though – as we love growth-oriented people.

If it’s in the creative realm your department can source for anything they can’t already handle and will manage the whole process for you. They will be transparent with you about who’s doing the work or how it’s getting done. Transparency is one of our values. 

We have a process that we’ve dialed-in over time for your Fractional Creative Department to manage projects for you. So unless you have a unique situation we don’t recommend adding members of your creative department into your systems. Slack communication is available for tiers 2 and 3.

We require an initial three-month commitment for your new department to onboard, strategize, consult on your overall brand goals, and ramp up a frictionless partnership. You will still be receiving deliverables in those first three months as well. After the initial three months, the partnership is month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or change tiers whenever you need to with 30-day’s notice.
